Thank you for shopping with Hushivo. Here is what to expect after you place an order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times

Most Hushivo items are fulfilled by our supply partners, and delivery time depends on the item:

  • Standard items: 10-20 business days
  • Items marked as ships from the US: 3-7 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Multiple items, multiple packages

If your order contains items from different suppliers, it may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal and does not mean part of your order is missing.
