Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're glad to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, email us at davidthompsn456@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Because our products ship from our fulfillment partners, we may ask for a photo of the item before approving a return.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they have shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.
